HEYCROSS
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Fuzhou Shuxi Information Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliates, the operator of HEYCROSS. By registering, signing in, clicking to accept, or using heycross.com and its related services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the rules displayed for individual services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to enter this agreement. If you act for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate, current, and lawful registration information and keep it updated.
Your account is for your own authorized use. Keep passwords, verification codes, and devices secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account to the extent permitted by law. Accounts may not be sold or transferred without our written consent.
3. HEYCROSS services
HEYCROSS provides cross-border e-commerce information, publishing and communication tools, seller resources, service-provider discovery, transaction-support features, and other services shown on the platform. Features may change over time, and some may require identity verification, additional terms, or payment.
Information made available through HEYCROSS is generally provided for reference. You must independently assess counterparties, listings, business decisions, and transaction risks. Unless expressly stated, HEYCROSS is a platform and is not a party to transactions between users and third-party service providers.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use HEYCROSS to:
- violate applicable law, regulation, sanctions, or the rights of another person;
- publish fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, obscene, infringing, or unlawful content;
- harass others, collect personal information without authority, or disclose private information;
- distribute malware, attack the service, bypass access controls, scrape unlawfully, or interfere with operation;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, products, or services; or
- use the platform for fraud, spam, money laundering, or any other harmful activity.
We may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and may suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
5. User content
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant HEYCROSS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the platform. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content and grant this license.
6. Paid services and transactions
Prices, service periods, payment methods, refund conditions, and other transaction terms are those displayed when you place an order. We may update prices for future purchases. Third-party payment processors and service providers may apply their own terms. You are responsible for taxes and charges that apply to you.
7. Third-party services and links
HEYCROSS may display services, content, advertisements, or links supplied by third parties. We do not control third-party services and do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, legality, quality, or performance. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that party, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement you make with them.
8. Intellectual property
The HEYCROSS software, design, branding, databases, and platform content supplied by us or our licensors are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected platform materials without authorization or a legal exception.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including information used for Google Sign-In, email verification, phone verification, and account security.
10. Service changes, suspension, and termination
We may maintain, change, interrupt, or discontinue all or part of the service where reasonably necessary. We may suspend or terminate an account for material or repeated violations, fraud or security risk, legal requirements, inaccurate registration information, or conduct that harms the platform or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HEYCROSS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, completeness, or results of user or third-party content. We are not responsible for losses caused by independent third parties, user decisions, unauthorized account use outside our reasonable control, network failures, force majeure, or reliance on information that you should independently verify. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for changes in law, security, features, or business operation. We will publish the updated Terms and their effective date. If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without affecting mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith consultation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the operator's domicile, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted to contact@mjzj.com. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
