Amazon Buy Shipping Launches Easyship Logistics Service

Recently, Amazon announced that Amazon Buy Shipping has been officially integrated with the logistics platform Easyship. Amazon sellers in the United States who use Easyship can now directly purchase shipping labels for Prime and non-Prime orders through Amazon Buy Shipping, thereby managing the delivery process in a unified backend.

This integration further expands the range of logistics service options for sellers. Sellers can compare shipping rates from multiple logistics companies such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Shipping in the Easyship backend, while also using Amazon's pre-negotiated discount prices or connecting their own logistics accounts.

The Easyship backend also displays which delivery services are more likely to meet Amazon's promised delivery times and provides clear deadlines for the latest shipments and estimated delivery dates.

Amazon stated that after purchasing shipping labels through Buy Shipping in Easyship, sellers can obtain On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR) protection and A-to-z claim refund guarantees related to delivery. If the order is shipped on time, even if there are subsequent delivery issues, sellers can still receive relevant compensation support from Amazon.

Easyship first announced the expansion of its cooperation with Amazon in February 2026, adding Amazon Buy Shipping and Amazon Business fulfillment support features. This update is mainly aimed at Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) sellers and high-volume Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) merchants, helping them simplify the logistics management process for Prime and non-Prime orders.

With the support of new features, sellers can directly use Amazon's recognized logistics network to meet the on-time delivery requirements of FBM and SFP; they can also use Amazon's Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) feature to automatically match the delivery method used to calculate the estimated delivery date.

In addition, Easyship also supports advanced logistics rule combinations, customized fulfillment workflows, and delivery compliance tools such as shipment date planning, estimated delivery time (EDD), and Amazon Commitment tracking.

Easyship stated that the platform has also added Amazon Business B2B fulfillment features, including commercial order automatic labeling, purchase order (PO) automatic import and printing, commercial address recognition, and delivery time management tools to help sellers more efficiently handle business orders and reduce weekend delivery failures and other issues.

In terms of delivery guarantees, the platform will automatically identify logistics services that are more likely to be delivered on time to help sellers maintain effective tracking rates and on-time delivery rates. Easyship said that eligible sellers can receive up to 12 times the Amazon A-to-z claim refund.

Currently, Amazon Buy Shipping and Amazon Business features are open to all sellers in the United States, with more markets such as the UK and Europe to be launched later. Among them, the Buy Shipping service is applicable to all paid plans of Easyship, while Amazon Business purchase order management and commercial address recognition features cover all plans including the free version.

Easyship was founded in New York and is a global logistics and cross-border e-commerce platform that currently serves more than 100,000 e-commerce merchants. The platform can access more than 550 logistics services and provide up to 91% logistics discounts, tax calculation functions covering more than 200 countries and regions, and automated fulfillment tools. Easyship stated that its automation features can improve fulfillment efficiency by up to 5 times and help sellers reduce up to 63% of "where is the order" related inquiries.
