Since December last year, the Zengcheng Railway Logistics Park of China Railway Guangzhou Bureau has entered the "New Year goods season". As of February 12, the park has operated a total of 57 New Year goods trains, sending more than 5,000 containers of daily necessities, New Year decorations, intelligent home appliances and other goods, with a value of over 1.3 billion yuan. Most of the goods come from small and medium-sized enterprises in the Bay Area, with categories full of "Guangdong flavor", including cultural New Year goods such as decorative paintings and vase ornaments, as well as new products of "Bay Area intelligent manufacturing" such as intelligent coffee machines and air fryers. It only takes 4 days for e-commerce goods to complete the whole process of gathering, customs clearance and departure in the logistics park, effectively ensuring that "Guangdong goods" arrive at the European market on time.
Foshan's Annual Oranges and New Year Flowers Fragrant Overseas
As a well-known flower hometown in China, Shunde, Foshan, has recently exported a large number of auspicious flowers such as annual oranges and Phalaenopsis. According to statistics, from December last year to the end of January this year, Foshan Customs under Guangzhou Customs has quarantined and supervised the export of 16.114 million plants such as annual oranges and Phalaenopsis, with a value of 120 million yuan. Customs officers need to quarantine and supervise more than 40 batches and about 260,000 New Year flowers every day, and provide "one-to-one" policy guidance, promote the pilot of "batch inspection (quarantine)", set up fast channels, and ensure "zero delay" customs clearance. Planting enterprises said that the customs has provided strong support in terms of pest control and quality inspection, helping characteristic flowers to be fresh on the market and sell well overseas.
