2026 Black Friday & Cyber Monday Dates Are Out: Check If Your Site Is Included
Cross-border information2026-11-5

As November begins, there are still a few preparations for Black Friday and Cyber Monday that cannot be missed. The deadline for submitting Lightning Deals/Z Deals on the US site has been extended to November 13. Sellers who have not finished submitting can act quickly. Those who have already submitted are advised to check Seller Central again: whether the deal status is normal, whether discounts will take effect on time, and whether inventory is sufficient.

Know Your Site’s Dates First

This year, different sites do not start on the same day. Multi-site sellers should track dates separately and not copy the US schedule directly to other sites. Deal event times and submission deadlines should also be listed in two separate columns.

For US Sellers, Focus on November 13

Before November 6, try to complete the initial submission for Black Friday/Cyber Monday Prime Exclusive Discounts. November 13 is the extended submission deadline for Lightning Deals/Z Deals on the US site. Before November 16, fill in any missing Prime Exclusive Discounts and leave some room for edits and checks.

November 6 and 16 are recommended action dates, not hard deadlines for all promotions. Check the actual deadline, time zone, and available deals in Seller Central.

To create a promotion, go to “Seller Central → Marketing → Manage Promotions and Deals → Create a Promotion.” For price discounts, choose “Create a Price Discount”; for coupons, choose “Create a Coupon.” Menu names may vary slightly by account.

If You’ve Already Submitted, Check the Status Again Today

After submission, confirm that the deal can display normally. Open “Manage Promotions” and check whether main products show “Issues”, suppression, or cancellation risk. Click into the product to find the specific reason, fix it as required, submit, and then return to confirm the status.

For Prime Exclusive Discounts, select the correct Black Friday/Cyber Monday event. Do not create a regular discount and assume it will automatically carry the big-deal badge. Whether the badge shows depends on eligibility and review status. For coupons, check the event time window so traffic doesn’t arrive after the coupon has ended.

If the same product also has other offers, calculate stacking rules and the actual price paid by buyers before submitting. A discount may not look deep, but when several offers take effect together, margins can become thin.

If European sellers see “Expand to X stores,” they can extend existing Deals or coupons to the listed sites. The material mentions expansion to 10 European sites, but eligibility, price, inventory, and final status must still be checked separately for each target site.

Check Inventory, Listings, and Promotion Again

Calculate sellable inventory first, then arrange deal volume. Record in-transit, delivered, receiving, and available units separately. Do not book all promotions based on the most optimistic listing date. For products already submitted on the Japan site, check restocking plans as early as possible.

On the listing page, prioritize content that affects purchase decisions: dimensions, compatibility, installation steps, and delivery promises. Also review recent return reasons and clarify points buyers repeatedly misunderstand before the event.

Ads and off-site promotion should follow the actual deal time of the product. If you have arranged VIPON off-site promotions, recheck the discount effective time, available quantity, and budget. For products added at the last minute, confirm price and listing first before increasing traffic.

Finally, calculate the post-discount account again: procurement, first-leg shipping, platform fulfillment, deal fees, advertising and off-site costs, plus estimated return losses. How much money remains after orders increase determines whether this product is worth more inventory.

Which Step Is Blocking You Right Now?

Have you not finished submissions, are there deal status issues, or has restocking not arrived yet? Feel free to share in the comments. VIPON also wants to know what sellers most need to resolve first as Black Friday approaches.

SellerJia Review

The Black Friday/Cyber Monday timelines for each site are now clear, and the US submission window has been extended to November 13. Sellers should watch the November 6 initial submission for Prime Exclusive Discounts and the November 16 catch-up date, check inventory and post-stacking profit in advance, and avoid missing peak-season traffic.
