Starting from March 21, 2026, at 00:00 Thai time (GMT+7), the base for calculating transaction fees will change, but the rate charged by the platform will remain unchanged at 3.21%. The specific adjustments are as follows: Before March 21, 2026, at 00:00 Thai time, the transaction fee calculation formula was "(Buyer's actual payment amount - Buyer's refund amount) × 3.21%"; starting from this time point, the new calculation formula will be changed to "(Buyer's actual payment amount + Platform subsidy amount) × 3.21%". This means that the subsidy amount issued by the platform after the adjustment will also be included in the base for calculating the fee. All relevant cross-border merchants are advised to be aware of this rule change and adjust their operational cost estimates and financial planning in a timely manner.
