Risk points: Unviewed performance notifications, unresolved compliance issues in the Account Health Rating (AHR), pending audit processes in the account, etc. Failure to resolve such issues in time may lead to product removal or account suspension.
Immediate actions:
1) Log in to the seller platform: Check the "Account Health" page, handle all high-priority warnings and compliance issues (if any); complete ongoing account audits (if any) in a timely manner; set reminders to check and reply to buyer messages every day.
2) Update emergency contacts: Fill in and verify your phone number in [Notification Preferences]. Note: For account security, when the specialist calls you, email verification is required. Ensure that the person answering the phone can provide the login email of the store backend to complete the verification.
3) Performance Notifications: Regularly check the [Performance Notifications] on the seller platform; also pay attention to the main account bound email.
4) Holiday Monitoring Mechanism: Arrange for someone / shift to check the [Account Status] at a fixed time every day during the holiday. If problems occur, first handle high-risk warnings, complete rectification / appeals as soon as possible, and avoid delays affecting.
5) Logistics Timeliness: Extend the shipping time / adjust the transportation timeliness according to the actual situation, and prevent delay risks in advance.
6) Holiday Mode: Turn it on in advance when no one is on duty to avoid affecting performance due to inability to process orders.

Risk points: Unprocessed triggered product safety compliance reminders; special category compliance risks. Failure to resolve such issues in time may lead to product removal.
Immediate actions: Enter the performance module, select account status, click [Food and Product Safety Issues] under the policy compliance section, view the triggered compliance reminders, and complete the rectification as required.
Key Reminders:
For ASINs that need to be processed through direct verification (DV), please complete the following two operations before the deadline:
1) Pay the relevant fees to the TIC service provider.
2) Provide product samples to the TIC service provider, or submit existing external test reports / compliance documents.
Key Attention: Make sure that the TRF status of the corresponding product is "Verifying" before the deadline to avoid ASIN being removed. (You can find the ASIN on the triggered reminder page, click "Submit" > "Verify Your Product" to view the TRF status)

✦ Check whether the EU responsible person (OUD) contract is still valid. If it will expire, renew it in time; if there are new ASINs listed, contact the OUD in time to add the new ASINs to the contract.

Establish a duty or remote inspection mechanism: Even during the holiday, it is recommended to spend 15-20 minutes every day to check the core indicators through mobile ERP tools or remote desktop: whether there are abnormal fluctuations in order volume, sales volume, keyword ranking; whether there are important performance notifications from Amazon in the email and seller platform.
Be alert to malicious attacks: The holiday is a high-incidence period for malicious follow-up sales and negative reviews. When you find malicious follow-up sales or negative reviews, please go to the "Report Abuse of Amazon Policy" in the upper left corner of the Account Health page, select the type of violation and provide the required information to complete the report.

Account status related issues can be inquired through the "Contact Me Now" function in the upper right corner of the seller platform-account status page. During this year's Spring Festival, the account support team will be on:
1) After 3 pm on February 16
2) All day on February 17
3) Before 9 am and after 5 pm on February 18. Support services will be suspended during these three time periods.
Except for the above three time periods, everyone can contact the account status support team through the "Contact Me Now" function during the regular service time (Beijing time Monday to Friday 7 am - 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9 am - 5 pm).
