News from January 14th: TikTok Shop has announced an upgrade to its delivery performance monitoring mechanism, with new rules to be implemented in two phases. The first phase (from January 12th to January 25th) requires that orders be updated to "In Transit" status within 4 working days after creation. If a store's proportion of delayed shipments exceeds 10%, it will face restrictions on order volume, delayed settlement (settlement on the 31st day after delivery), and a penalty of $5 per order. The second phase starts from January 26th, tightening the delivery time to within 2 working days. The platform will also update the calculation logic for the Late Delivery Rate (LDR), monitoring performance time from "Order Created" to "In Transit" status updates. Merchants are advised to adjust their operational arrangements in a timely manner to avoid the impact of delivery delays on normal store operations. Source: TikTok Shop
