AMZ123 has learned that Russian e-commerce platform Ozon recently saw several warehouse and logistics facilities hit by drone attacks. Experts estimate that commodity losses from the incident are expected to range between 88.5 billion and 107 billion rubles, while damage to storage facilities is valued at roughly 30 billion to 62.5 billion rubles. Total potential losses to goods and warehouse infrastructure could reach up to 169.5 billion rubles.

Analysis notes that the more pressing concern now is whether affected sellers can resume operations on the platform and whether they can receive corresponding government support. Meanwhile, Ozon has experienced a series of logistics facility attacks earlier: on August 22, a warehouse in Samara Oblast was damaged; on August 23, a logistics center in Orenburg Oblast was affected by drone debris; on August 24, related facilities in Krasnodar and Makhachkala were attacked again.

Experts said Ozon's profit over the past year was about 200 billion rubles, and the scale of losses from this incident may put considerable pressure on platform operations and the recovery capacity of logistics infrastructure.
