Method One

Log in to the seller platform interface to view the review results

After completing "taking your facial photo" or "recording your facial video", Amazon's seller identity verification team will review all information and documents. This process usually takes 2-5 working days. Please log in to the seller platform after 2-5 working days to check if you can access the main page of the seller platform.

If you fail the verification, after logging in to the Amazon seller platform, you will see the following interface, reminding you to complete the identity verification again. Please choose any of the following methods and refer to the above identity verification instructions to complete the identity verification as soon as possible.

Method Two

Wait for Amazon's email notification

After completing "taking your facial photo" or "recording your facial video", if Amazon cannot complete the identity verification based on the photo or video you submitted, then you will receive an email from Amazon explaining the possible reasons why the identity verification cannot be completed and notifying you to complete the identity verification again. Please follow the instructions in the email, log in to the Amazon seller platform, and complete the identity verification again.

(1)Please first confirm whether you have registered other Amazon seller accounts before. If you have an unfinished Amazon account, please complete the registration first. Do not apply repeatedly
