Looking at the cases transferred to judicial authorities by Dreame Technology, most of the criminal behaviors in cross-border companies are related to employees who have contact with suppliers, which is also a problem that cross-border companies find difficult to deal with.
We have also found before that an employee developed by one of the company's suppliers not only accepted rebates from suppliers but also had a lot of financial borrowing behavior with some suppliers. After the problem was exposed, this employee resigned voluntarily and the company did not pursue it any further.
Many people may think that it is normal for purchasers to accept rebates, but in fact, this is extremely unfair to the company and other departments of the company.
When a person who has accepted supplier rebates develops a supply chain, his interests will be bound, and his judgment and position will have obvious tendencies. If these supply chains eventually have problems, the company, the company's operations and other relevant personnel will definitely suffer losses. This is exactly "one person enjoys the benefits, and all others share the harm", and such behavior is very vicious.
However, the announcement issued by Dreame Technology this time has also rung a warning bell for such employees!
Stick to the professional bottom line, or you will bring jail time!
The end!
