AMZ123 has learned that the 2025 financial report released by Lege Shares shows that the company's annual revenue reached 6.715 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.41%, but the net profit decreased by 22.75% to 259 million yuan. It is worth noting that the revenue from overseas warehouse business increased by 36.57% year-on-year to 3.31 billion yuan, accounting for 49.29% of the total revenue, surpassing the ergonomic product series for the first time and becoming the company's largest source of income. This change marks Lege's transformation from a single product manufacturer to a "product + service" comprehensive solution provider. In terms of sales, cross-border e-commerce revenue was 2.271 billion yuan, of which the revenue from independent station channels (such as FlexiSpot.com) was 931 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.69%, faster than the Amazon platform. Lege's own brand FlexiSpot's repurchase and recommendation ratio of old customers in the European and American markets exceeded 20%, showing strong brand stickiness. For 2026, Lege plans to continue to increase investment in overseas warehouse network optimization and automation, and strengthen the global supply chain layout to cope with cost pressures.
