Lazada Updates Prohibited and Restricted Shipping Rules for Malaysia and Singapore Cross-Border Sites, Some Categories Relaxed
Cross-border information2026-10-15

SellerHome has learned that Lazada recently issued an update notice on the “List of Prohibited Products for All Countries” for its cross-border sites in Malaysia and Singapore. Effective immediately, adjustments have been made to the prohibited and restricted shipping information for certain categories fulfilled to these two sites. For the specific opened categories, please refer to the corresponding courseware in the Lazada Knowledge Base. This update applies to LGS cross-border direct mail parcels fulfilled from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Japan to the Malaysia and Singapore sites. Merchants using local fulfillment methods such as 3PF and FBL are not affected by this adjustment.

The prohibited and restricted list is directly related to whether products can be listed and shipped normally. Cross-border sellers should check the updated list and review on-sale and planned products one by one to avoid link removal or order fulfillment failures due to category restrictions.
