AMZ123 learned that Amazon Brazil has officially joined the YouTube Shopping affiliate program, covering both Amazon's website and app. Eligible YouTube channels can tag Brazilian and international products available on Amazon in videos, Shorts, and live streams; when users place orders through such content, creators can earn corresponding commission shares. According to Amazon data, YouTube has 130 million monthly active users in Brazil, shopping-related video consumption in 2026 grew by more than 120% compared with 2025, and 81% of consumers have purchased products recommended by creators.
The collaboration is advancing in both directions. While Amazon directs product traffic to YouTube, it is also bringing creator videos into its on-site display: previously, shoppable videos mainly appeared on product detail pages, and they have now expanded to the homepage, order confirmation pages, and dedicated video areas. Amazon US had already joined the same program at the end of August. After the rollout on the Brazil site, creator content gains an additional traffic entry point, commissions are settled centrally by the platform, and transactions are still completed within Amazon's platform.
Seller Home Review
Amazon Brazil's integration with the YouTube Shopping affiliate program means that content e-commerce dividends are extending from North America to emerging markets. Brazil's 130 million monthly active users and the surge in shopping videos are clear signals. Sellers should move quickly to develop Portuguese-language content and creator partnerships to seize traffic entry points.
