· Q4 (October–December) standard-size monthly storage fee jumps from $0.78 per cubic foot in the off-season to $2.40 per cubic foot, an increase of more than 200%.

· The aged inventory surcharge threshold is halved: it is charged starting from 181 days of inventory age. For inventory over 365 days, the surcharge can reach up to 13 times the monthly storage fee.
