On April 23rd, Amazon recently released its first "Trusted Shopping Experience Report". The report shows that since 2020, Amazon's global anti-counterfeiting team has held more than 32,000 bad actors accountable in 14 countries/regions. By 2025, more than 100 fake review and fraud websites have been shut down. Among them, Amazon's AI early warning system has achieved "predictive early warning" capability.
In China, in 2025, Amazon cooperated in carrying out more than 70 law enforcement actions, seized and controlled 151 fake seller registration intermediaries, and cooperated with law enforcement departments to destroy multiple criminal dens that produced and sold counterfeit Stanley, Xiaomi, LABUBU and other products. It is worth mentioning that just last week, the world's first Amazon Global Intelligent Hub Warehouse (GWD) was officially opened to sellers in Shenzhen. As an important step in the implementation of Amazon's "next-generation cross-border chain" strategy for global store opening, Amazon's Global Intelligent Hub Warehouse is a one-stop batch storage and distribution service established by Amazon at the source of goods, covering storage, customs declaration and clearance, cross-border transportation and inventory allocation services, seamlessly connecting with the global Amazon Logistics (FBA) network, and building an intelligent and efficient logistics channel for sellers from "local warehouse directly to global customers".
At present, Shenzhen GWD warehouse supports shipping to Amazon's US operation center (FC). At the same time, Amazon also announced that in the future, GWD will be expanded to the Yangtze River Delta region and will support shipping to Amazon's European and Japanese operation centers, further helping sellers achieve flexible and efficient global distribution and replenishment, realizing "domestic warehousing, and global sales immediately upon opening".
