FIST Elite carriers are premium partners selected from FIST carriers through a comprehensive evaluation, based on higher performance metrics and sustained high performance as dual entry thresholds.
FIST Elite carriers offer all three product services: FBA Shipment Tracking (ShipTrack), Delivery Window Automation (DW Automation), and Smart Redirect (SR).

For ShipTrack and Smart Redirect: your shipment creation process remains unchanged.
For Delivery Window Automation, simply do the following during shipment creation:
✦① Under [Delivery Window], check the default option [Allow FIST carriers to update my delivery window].
✦② In the [Carrier] section, keep the default [Non-Amazon Partnered Carrier] - [FIST carrier] checked, do not modify.
(Note: If you use trucking (LTL/FTL), you need to proceed to Step 4 to complete the delivery window entry and carrier selection. If you end the shipment creation at Step 3, Delivery Window Automation will not be applied successfully.)
