AMZ123 has learned that the TikTok Shop U.S. 2026 Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign (November 11–November 30) has clear entry requirements. At the store level, sellers must meet four mandatory conditions: Shop Performance Score (SPS) ≥ 3.5; fewer than three serious violations in the past 30 days for new stores; Account Health Rating (AHR) above 150 (otherwise temporary restrictions will be imposed); and a late shipment rate of ≤ 20% in the past 30 days. They must also pass a security and risk control review. If SPS reaches 4.0, stores can obtain additional exposure resources and key project benefits.
At the product level, a single-product review mechanism is applied. Products must have low complaint rates, authentic and compliant images, text and video content, no authenticity or intellectual property issues, and sufficient inventory while on sale. The platform also lists eight common reasons why products may be rejected or removed during the event.
For this major sale, the participation mechanism has been changed from "register to participate" to dual screening of store health and product compliance. For products sold during the event (16:00 on November 11 to 23:59 on December 31), the return period will be automatically extended to February 10, 2027. The platform clearly states that stores with fake orders, counterfeit products, late shipments, low scores and other issues will miss out on promotional traffic, and insufficient after-sales service will also affect new-customer conversion.
SellerHome Review
TikTok Shop's U.S. Black Friday entry requirements are clear: SPS ≥ 3.5 is a hard target, and reaching 4.0 can bring extra exposure. Sellers should optimize fulfillment and compliance in advance, and note the cash flow pressure caused by the extended return period.
