AMZ123 has learned that TikTok Shop launched its "Pilot Program" at the Europe cross-border POP Black Friday conference, investing billion-level resources covering 13 European markets.

In terms of merchant support policies, during the 60- to 90-day incentive period, new merchants' commission rates will be reduced from the usual 9%–15% to 2%–8%. Growing merchants can receive monthly incubation resource packages worth up to 6,700 yuan each, with a maximum support period of 30 days. Mature merchants joining the JBP program can receive a 2.5% cash rebate, capped at 3.3 million yuan per merchant per quarter, and will be assigned a dedicated official operations manager for 1-on-1 support.

For compliance services, the platform has also integrated EU GPSR authorized representative and EPR (packaging, batteries, WEEE) services, with service providers promising to complete integration within 1 to 2 business days.

In terms of data, Europe has 200 million monthly active users. Over 100,000 local European businesses have joined the platform in the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Ireland, and the EU market's monthly compound growth rate is 129%. During the previous Black Friday, UK omnichannel GMV grew 50% year-on-year, livestream shopping GMV grew 68%, and the peak transaction rate reached 27 orders per second. Products participating in Black Friday campaigns saw an 81% increase in transactions, compared with only 48% for non-participating products.

As for the peak season rhythm in the European market, cross-border sellers usually follow the path of early-bird warm-up in September, traffic accumulation in October, and concentrated release in November. Entering the market late will cause traffic costs and inventory pressure to rise simultaneously.
