◉ Continuous monitoring reminder: Your product may be selected at any time for periodic testing or inspection, and you will receive a notification in Account Health. In addition, products may be randomly selected for monitoring tests through Amazon's safety program.

◉ If the product fails testing or documents fail review, the product will be immediately delisted until you submit compliance documents to Amazon and resolve all other issues for that ASIN. You can view issues in the "Unresolved" tab in Account Health and in "Manage All Inventory".

Product images must clearly show the following information:

● Model, part number, or product ID

● Name and address of manufacturer, importer, distributor, or authorized representative

● Product label

● Product instructions and manuals

● Rated voltage and power

● Permanent hazard warnings on the product and its packaging. Examples include but are not limited to:

Warning: Read and understand the instruction manual before operating power tools.

Warning: To reduce the risk of injury, do not operate the tool without guards. Keep hair and loose clothing away from moving parts.

Warning: Kickback hazard! Hold the tool firmly. If the blade binds, release the switch immediately.

● Confirm whether the products you sell on Amazon.com/Amazon.ca fall under the power cutting tools category covered by this policy.

● Refer to the table in Section 3 of this article to find the specific safety standard required for your product type (confirm separately for U.S. and Canada).

● Check the product detail page: ensure the model/part number and manufacturer or brand name are complete.

● (U.S. only) Submit the certificate of insurance (COI) through Business Insurance Verification in Seller Central.

● Prepare a test report issued within the past 12 months by an ISO17025 (U.S.) / SCC (Canada) accredited laboratory.

● Prepare the UN 38.3 test report for lithium batteries and the BTS Battery Test Summary.

● Ensure product images show the model, manufacturer name and address, label, instructions, ratings, hazard warnings, and compliance marks.

● Work with an Amazon-authorized third-party testing and certification service provider to verify all notified ASINs.

● Monitor Account Health notifications and promptly respond to monitoring testing requirements.

● Complete compliance before the first delisting date of October 19, 2026 to avoid listing removal.
